18:00pm - 20:00pm

STEAMhouse, Belmont Works, Cardigan St, Birmingham B4 7RQ

Please note: This workshop is exclusively for STEAMhouse Create programme members. Find out all about the programme and how to join HERE.

From Arts Council bids to managing studio costs, understanding how to put together a budget, and how to manage it is an essential skill.

Key to the success of any project is keeping the finances on track. In this introduction you will learn to effectively use techniques and templates and learn:

• How to build a budget

• How to plan and monitor cashflow

• How do monitor your budget

We’ll be building budgets based on our own projects, so come with something you want to develop in mind, and expect to leave with resources you can apply to your own practice.
