Need some R&D time?

Arts Council England’s Developing your Creative Practice (DYCP) programme supports the development of independent cultural and creative practitioners. The next round opens for applications on 22 February, with a deadline of 15 March.

Individuals can apply for £2,000 to £10,000, to take a dedicated period of time to focus on their own cultural and creative development, and take them to the next stage in their practice.

In this session, led by Ruth Claxton, we will talk through how to write a DYCP bid and go through the guidance together. It will also be an opportunity to get feedback on application plans.

We strongly advise you to take a look in advance so you can familiarise yourself with the process and identify and questions that you have.

You will find the guidance at https://www.artscouncil.org.uk/developing-your-creative-practice/dycp-how-apply
