Future Proof your Business – Thursday 18th August 2022 at 10:00 – 12:30
Business owners often spend a lot of time focused on achieving growth. Quite rightly so, because growth equals progress. However, without the correct planning and preparation, all that growth (and more) could be lost.
In this workshop, Daniella Genas will share some of the key areas which you need to be focusing on to ensure your business stands the test of time and doesn’t become obsolete, like so many that have gone before you.
The last few years have been difficult and challenging for small businesses and they do not look like they are going to get easier any time soon. Therefore, we have to get smarter about the way that we approach business and most importantly how we approach the future. This session is designed to help you do just that, as well as uncover how future proofed your business currently is.
Key areas which will be explored:
• The importance of risk planning
• Client-led innovation
• The role of technology
This will be a lively and interactive session with lots of real-life examples and case studies. Come prepared to be challenged, motivated and shift your mindset.
