Online event

Series 1 – How do I work out what to post on social media? – Thursday 3rd March 2022 – 10:00 – 11:30AM

Please note: This is the first of four social media workshops taking place with David Glenwright whose social media and marketing expertise will help you in developing your social media skills.

To be on social media is an important first step for any business but having the confidence and knowing what to then say and post can be a challenge.

There is often a temptation to focus on selling what your business offers – it’s products or services, however it is also important to consider the nature of social media, and why people are on these platforms.

Focussing on relationships and creating a sense of community may sometimes feel like a waste of time, but in reality it’s a valuable investment that can and will lead to loyal, paying customers.

In this 90 minute session, we will:

• Ask what is the difference between content that sells and content that adds value?

• Discuss how to identify the stories within your business, and how tell them

• Share a guide to finding relevant and trending conversations, and how to adapt them to your brand narrative

• Be more confident about making posts , if it’s something you find challenging.
