Experience immersive yoga at the STEAMhouse Digital Labs with audiovisuals from Syntropy, led by Katerina, suitable for all levels.

Be immersed in a unique and dynamic immersive yoga experience in the STEAMhouse Digital Labs.

Our 9m-wide projector wall and Dolby Surround Sound will immerse you in bespoke audiovisuals created by the Syntropy team, who have designed relaxing Breath Pacers and Relaxation videos employing scientifically proven benefits of breathwork, art, and music therapy, meditation, and emotion regulation.

The sessions will be led by our experienced yoga instructor, Katerina, whose yoga flow classes focus on listening to your body and moving in a way that feels good to you. The class will be suitable for all levels, and modifications and progressions will be offered. There will be an emphasis on exploring the balance of strength and softness within poses. Please bring your own yoga mat/towel and water bottle. The yoga session will last 60 minutes with 30 minutes for wind down and full experience of the custom visuals.
