Developing new products and services is a risky business activity but can deliver great returns. This workshop will highlight some key items that need to be considered to improve the chances of success and reduce the cost of failure. The approaches provided are easy to apply and don’t require the wholesale adoption of new tools or techniques.

Contents will cover the following, weighted to suit the attendee’s needs:

• The market – personas, scenarios, and customer journeys

• Selling and Route to Market (RTM) options

• Which RTM to select – five key factors

• Pricing, propositions, and perceptions

• Market readiness

Practical takeaways:

• How to balance planning with action

• What information do you need about your market, and how to find it

• How to determine the best sales channel

• How to position and sell your product or service

A three-hour workshop with practical exercises, tailored where possible to attendee’s own business, products and services.
