Improve your wellbeing and develop your skills through mindful crafting
Wellbeing and Skill Development Through Mindful Crafting
Join our mindful crafting workshop to foster meaningful conversations and enhance your problem-solving skills. We’ve created a unique approach to mindfulness using analogies in crafting, encouraging people to focus on their strengths creatively.
You’ll be getting hands-on and sewing your own conductors using conductive thread, connecting your positive and negative experiences to the light within your designs and creations. We’ll help you shift your self-perception through uniquely personal activity and journey. At the end of the session, you’ll have a meaningful keepsake to takeaway.
