About the Facilitators
Liz Burley
Director at Burley Law and our HR and Employment law specialist who provides legal advice and services to businesses and individuals. She is a solicitor with over 15 years’ experience who offers employment law advice and HR services relating to staff on-boarding, staff management and staff changes within a business. Liz also offers support to individuals who are dealing with a workplace grievance or disciplinary allegations, or in need of legal advice or representation during Employment Tribunal claims.

Reccy Midigo
Reccy Midigo is a Paralegal & SQE Trainee who supports with client work relating to IP, Commercial, and Employment law matters. She also has experience with Human Rights, Family, Consumer, Civil and Criminal Law matters having worked in law firms in the UK, Greece and Saint Lucia. During her time with the firm, she has assisted clients with reviewing and drafting documents and securing their IP. Her previous work as a legal administrator helps her provide advice and support to SME’s regarding recruitment, staff management and development, improving business processes and administration, and business compliance.
