10:00am - 16:00pm

Solihull College & University Centre - Blossomfield Campus

Experience how product development works in some of the world’s most successful companies in this insightful, interactive 1-day course scaled down to fit the needs of your small business. Learn about where meaningful new ideas come from and understand how they’re formally managed and finessed to create innovations, so that you can apply best practise to your product development strategies.

After the workshop, you’ll be able to shape a product development framework that works for your business – one that considers the people, methods, processes and mindset required to bring a new product or service to market.

Most SMEs do not have big product development teams to work on creating and refining new products and services – often they are doing this by themselves in an organic way that is trial and error and increases risk of getting things wrong – this session helps you shortcut this and use years of industry and experience to streamline it and make it easy for your business. Sole traders and SMEs often do not have the time to research and develop new products. This is why this course will give you the knowhow to fit innovation and product development into your busy schedule.
