This one-day course will equip you with skills you need to evaluate your offer and spot opportunities to enhance your customer experience.

This is the second session in our Innovation Methods and Mindset short course, hosted by Active Matter.

 

About the course

This one-day course will equip you with the skills you need to evaluate your offer and spot opportunities to enhance your portfolio, utilising best practice tools used in Experience Design. You’ll explore how innovative companies use design approaches to innovate with minimal investment and maximum impact. You can book onto this individual session or multiple short courses from our Innovation Methods and Mindsets Short Courses.

Individuals and teams who want to understand how to use design to create user experiences
that drive income and make efficiencies in their offer. It’s applicable for people working across leadership, marketing, product or planning.
