In this one hour workshop designed for Prestart or early stage start-ups, we introduce Selling as a Skill, mastering the art of effective communication.

This workshop is perfect for entrepreneurs who are just starting out.

Many organisations shy away from sales, fearing rejection or simply not knowing how to approach the market or people. Focus is generally placed on having a great product or service yet there is limited planning around a strategic approach to selling. Sales is crucial for any business. In larger corporations, employees often receive extensive training.

However, start-ups and growing companies may face challenges in upskilling their sales teams due to limited resources, time constraints or budgets. Nevertheless, investing in sales expertise and connecting with the right audience and effectively presenting your product or service is essential for revenue and growth of any business.

In this workshop we’ll explore:

· Selling as a Skill: Master the art of effective communication and relationship building to drive sales.

· Targeting the Right Audience: Understand your audience and their needs to tailor your approach accordingly
