In this one hour workshop designed for Start Ups and Later stage businesses, we introduce Sales and Marketing Strategies for revenue growth, and how to approach this for your business.

This workshop is perfect for established businesses.

Many organisations shy away from sales, fearing rejection or simply not knowing how to approach the market or people. Focus is generally placed on having a great product or service yet there is limited planning around a strategic approach to selling. Sales is crucial for any business. In larger corporations, employees often receive extensive training.

However, start-ups and growing companies may face challenges in upskilling their sales teams due to limited resources, time constraints or budgets. Nevertheless, investing in sales expertise and connecting with the right audience and effectively presenting your product or service is essential for revenue and the growth of any business.
