Led by experienced instructor Rachel Akers, this session will introduce you to the basics of working with air-drying clay. You will learn simple shaping, texturing and finishing techniques before creating your own personalised clay piece to take home.
Air-drying clay is ideal for beginners because it does not require a kiln, making it an accessible and enjoyable way to experiment with sculpture, form and surface detail. Whether you want to make a small ornament, bowl, figure or your own original design, this workshop gives you the tools, guidance and space to bring your idea to life.
