The Online Programme has been designed with YOU in mind, to help you stop stagnating and start thriving, even in the face of real-world business challenges.
The VISSA™ Business Growth Programme is an exciting new online programme, which will provide you with the tools, frameworks and strategies to transform your businesses and achieve sustainable business growth. The lessons within the programme will enable you to craft a clear route to business success, take actionable steps to generate positive outcomes and develop the mindset required for business resilience
The VISSA™ Business Growth Programme cuts through the jargon and provides practical, actionable steps which you can immediately implement in your businesses to boost growth.
The programme comprises of 11 modules, covering a range of essential business growth topics. You can work through the modules in your own time, making it accessible for your already hectic schedule.
VISSA™ is a business growth framework developed by Daniella Genas, Founder of Be The Boss International and forms the basis of the curriculum for the business growth programme.
The framework comprises of five core areas:
1. Vision;
2. Innovation;
3. Strategy;
4. Systems & Processes;
5. Accountability;
Several hundred entrepreneurs and founders across several business sectors and stages, have successfully implemented the VISSA™ framework, to take charge of their businesses and implement strategies that foster rapid, sustainable growth.
We are pleased to inform you that for this event, we will be collaborating with a third-party organization, Be The Boss international to ensure its successful delivery. If so, we are pleased to extend an invitation to participate in the VISSA online course, facilitated in collaboration with STEAMhouse and Higher Level Skills Match (HLSM), which is part-funded by the European Social Fund. For those intending to apply through the HLSM channel, we kindly request that you establish communication directly with the team at hlsm@bcu.ac.uk, who will provide the requisite application form. Following your registration and approval by BCU staff, you will be furnished with login credentials, enabling you to commence the program at your earliest convenience.
State Aid
The workshops are available free of charge but the equivalent cost of delivering them would count as state aid at full market rates. All companies in the European Union are entitles to receive up to 200,000 Euros in government aid in a 3 year period under State Aid de minimis regulations.
