We’re an industry crippled by imposter syndrome; built on tales of failure and winging it.

What’s The Opposite of Imposter Syndrome is an exploration of confidence in an industry obsessed with making it up as we go along?

What happens when we Lean In? Can we truly block out the haters and how do we align self-belief with a comments section intent on taking us down?

It’s also a chance to look at how confidence is earned, owned and why it’s probably not wise to fake it till you make it.

After 15 years service, WTOOIS is also an opportunity to pat me liberally on the back for enduring the UK’s most frustrating industry.

You’ll probably enjoy this talk if you want be better at pitches, be heard in meetings or just think it’s time to silence the nagging doubt in your head.
