Budgeting

This training programme is ideal for business professionals without an accountancy or finance background.

Budgeting plays a key role in business planning – it enables you to monitor performance and keep an eye out for danger signs. This training programme will help you prepare budgets, make informed budgeting decisions, and effectively communicate financial information to business partners and the bank.

After completing the budgeting training programme, you’ll be able to:

  • Prepare budgets and make informed budgeting decisions

Length and certification

The training programme runs for one day. You’ll receive a certificate of attendance at the end of the programme.

Aimed at small to medium enterprises, these courses will teach you essential skills necessary to run your finances smoothly, delivered by qualified accountants and lecturers with commercial experience.

    • Tuesday 17 – Wednesday 18 December: Finance for non-financial managers

The courses will cost:

  • £185 (plus VAT) for one session
  • £350 (plus VAT) total for two sessions
  • £500 (plus VAT) total for all three sessions

Lunch will be provided, and a GMetrix Microsoft Accredited Online Course is included with the price.

Also included is access to a Business Diagnostic Tool. This will support business improvement.
