If you are a business owner, freelancer, sole-trader or responsible for marketing in your business, our Introduction to Marketing Strategy workshop will help you to develop a marketing strategy for your business.

This will be an interactive and practical session where you will learn how to: set marketing objectives; identify your customers; and maximise your brand presence.

As the workshop unfolds, you will have the opportunity to complete an individual marketing strategy plan for your business, which will then enable you to go back to your business with a clear and concise idea of how to move forward with your marketing.

Trainer Information:

With over 20 years’ experience as a practitioner and an academic, Emma Neale believes in order to grow a business, it is essential to have a clear, distinct marketing strategy.

Having helped SMEs to implement strategies as well as receiving awards for her teaching, Emma has recently embarked on doctoral studies to investigation and review best practice of fast growing SMEs within the West Midlands.

The research will inform and underpin the workshop activities.
