Working with Social Media
In this workshop, we will cover an introduction to social media, including main platforms and their USPs and audience; creating a social media presence by identifying tone, purpose, and values; and creating a social media strategy for content creation. It’s important to understand how to do social media “well”, and what that means for different businesses – and that is more than just pumping out content with no purpose! This session will give you hints, tips, and tactics, as well as a “worksheet” to take away and develop your social media presence with.

Target Audience:

SMEs, Sole Traders, Social Media Managers, Business Development Managers, Marketing Managers,  anyone tasked with using social media to promote their business/products.

Practical Take-Away

-Appropriate tone, style and purpose of social media.
