Tuesday 8 December – Tuesday 15 December 2020
2.00pm

Online

This is a two part workshop. You must be available to attend both sessions.

Part 1: Tuesday 8 December, 2–5pm

Part 2: Tuesday 15 December, 2–5pm

This workshop has been designed to introduce you to digital sculpting using Zbrush Core Mini and will help participants develop an understanding of the software, and new digital sculpting skills, that can be integrated into their own projects and business ventures.

Zbrush Core Mini is a free software where users start with a simple sphere or a block, then use the most popular digital sculpting brushes from ZBrush to add or remove material. It allows you to make three dimensional digital models which you can also output to 3D printers.

The six-hour, online course will run across two three-hour-long sessions to optimise contact time with facilitators and ensure learners have access to personalised support. It has been designed as an introductory session and so is suitable for beginners. Participants must be available to attend both sessions.

It will be useful, though not essential, if participants have access to a graphics tablet.
