The Challenge Space is an impressive, light-filled and dynamic space designed for teamwork and collaboration. Located accessibly in the centre of the building on the ground floor, it’s our flagship space ideal for a variety of set ups from seminar to workshop to caberet. The space comes with all the tech you need, an enormous screen, whiteboard partitions and re-configurable tables.
There’s also the option make use of our magnificient triple height atrium space – the beating heart of the building.
A simply stunning space situated in the Victorian section of the building. Lovingly restored brick-by-brick the Factory Space includes vaulted ceilings, original sash windows, wooden floors and great acoustics.
The Factory Space offer views across the Birmingham’s Knowledge Quarter towards the city centre. The space is made to be flexible and can be easily transformed for conferences, away days, or networking events. You name it!
Our Create Lab is the first of it’s kind venue for hire in Birmingham. It’s been created to help you showcase your very best work. The Lab is highly adaptable, meaning you can choose from a blackout space that makes use of the enormous immersive screen, or a light-filled workshop space to do focused, creative, or strategic work with your teams.
