Matt is an artist whose work explores the changing nature of the relationships we have with our bodies, other organisms and the environment. His work aims to align art and science through a shared purpose of describing human experience, while unhinging certainty by disturbing the familiar.

“Project work at STEAMhouse has focused on improving my welding skills and developing means to create more modular elements that allow me to reconfigure sculptural and installation pieces.”

Matt’s interest about the human impulse to change, control and how we manage our environments, has led to the creation of various artistic pieces that have been showcased in various galleries.
