If you want to locate your business in an inspiring space with a diversity of tenants, we provide dedicated private offices, startup space, creative studios and a production space, all geared up for collaboration and innovation.
At over 100,000 sqft, STEAMhouse is purpose-built, five-story building located in the heart of Birmingham, just a short walk from New Street and the planned HS2 rail stations. The location also benefits from convenient access to city centre cycle networks, motorways, and Birmingham International Airport.
STEAMhouse is home to some of the most inspiring event spaces in Birmingham.
Located centrally and a short work from transport links, our spaces have been built with collaborative events in mind. We can host events such as dedicated team workshops and away days to large-cale, full-building takeovers.
Alongside hosting, we can provide keynote speakers, facilitators and even collabortive activities so you can get the most out of the event. Every space is provided with plug and play technology, refreshments, and catering coupled with an on hand support team.

If you’re developing a digital product or service, our new Digital STEAM Innovation Hub houses a Digital Studio for growing business to access space, support, kit and equipment, as well as a programme of community events.
Become a STEAMhouse Studio Member and locate your practice in our super-bright Creative Studio with dedicated workstations, triple height space and assembly areas, large-format screens, and a ground floor loading bay.
The STEAMhouse Studio is made for individuals and businesses working in the creative industries. Our members include designers, artists, engineers, and architects. Whatever you call yourself, our Creative Studio provides you the space to work alongside like-minded individuals, get inspired and make your next creative project a reality.
‘Incubators’ are specialised hubs that can help early-stage ventures and startups navigate some of the most challenging aspects of running a business.
Join our Business Incubator or Digital Studio and get access to affordable deskspace, a community of like-minded peers, a programme of dedicated events and one-on-one support from industry mentors.
